Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, a refund request must meet all of the following conditions:
Requested within 7 days
The request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Proof of exam attempt
A score report or official confirmation of an exam attempt must be provided.
Minimum 50% platform usage
Reasonable platform activity must be demonstrated, at least 50% completion of available materials.
Note: Refunds are not automatic. Each request is individually reviewed based on the conditions listed above.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after digital access has been provided

Failure to adequately prepare or complete the recommended practice materials

Multiple refund requests from the same account or repeated refund patterns
