Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, a refund request must meet all of the following:
Requested within 7 days of purchase
Proof of an official exam attempt is provided (e.g., score report / confirmation)
Reasonable platform usage is demonstrated (minimum 50% activity)
Note: Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the conditions listed above.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after digital access has been provided
Failure to adequately prepare or complete the recommended practice
Multiple refund requests from the same account / repeated refund patterns
Any breach of our Terms & Conditions
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
